Course Title

Development and Early Learning: Theories and Research Studies

Course Description

Examines selected theories and research studies of early development and learning, with implications for early childhood education practices. Investigates the distinction and interplay between physical, logico mathematical and social forms of knowledge. Studies cultural and individual differences that may affect early development and learning. Student must be admitted to Ph.D. program or have permission of instructor.
