Automotive Mechatronics I
Course Description
Overview of mechatronics; modeling, identification and simulation of electro-mechanical devices; introduction to computer-aided software; basic automotive sensors; basic actuators and power train devices; principles of automotive and industrial electronic circuits and control systems (analog and digital); principles of product design; mechatronics case studies. Formerly EE 575, ECE 575. This course is cross listed with an undergraduate course. Credit cannot be received for more than one of EE 475, EE 575, ECE 475, ECE 4520, ECE 575, ECE 5520, SYS 475, SYS 575, SYS 5520.
