Economics for Managers
Course Description
Explores microeconomic and macroeconomic topics of importance to managerial decision-making. Topics include: constrained decision making, demand analysis, cost analysis, alternative market structures, determinants of inflation and unemployment, economic indicators and the business cycle, and the role of monetary and fiscal policy in an open and closed economy. Formerly ECN 521. Prerequisites: QMM 5100 and have completed a course in microeconomics and a course in macroeconomics.
