Course Description
The course studies the structure of American industry and the factors affecting it, with emphasis on economies of scale; barriers to entry; structure-behavior relationships, including pricing, product differentiation and technical change; evaluation of performance, antitrust and regulation. Generally offered fall semester of even years. Formerly ECN 685. Prerequisite: ECN 5210 or its equivalent.
