Course Description
Advanced topics and trends in modern strength and conditioning program design and implementation. Topics include muscle physiology, neuromuscular physiology, performance profiles, periodization, and the theory behind developing adequate strength, mass, flexibility, power, and stability programs. Formerly EXS 503. This course is cross listed with an undergraduate course. Credit cannot be awarded for both EXS 4300 and EXS 5300. Prerequisite: EXS 1000 or have permission of instructor
