Stress Management

Course Description

This course examines the causes of stress and the changes that occur as a result. The physiological and psychological results of stress are investigated. Practical solutions to improving stress management that include recognition of the most common symptoms are discussed. Offered spring semester in even-numbered years. Formerly EXS 510. Student must meet the prerequisite (EXS 304 or EXS 3010).
