Laboratory Instrumentation

Course Description

This course involves both concepts and procedures regarding the measurement of human performance, using appropriate laboratory instruments and data collection systems in the disciplines of exercise physiology and biomechanics. Students will learn proper techniques for data acquisition, equipment calibration and data interpretation for instrumentation used in exercise science. Formerly EXS 615. Offered winter semester in odd-numbered years. Prerequisites: EXS 5000 and EXS 5010 and EXS 5030.
