Real Estate Investment Analysis
Course Description
Application of finance theory to investment in income-producing real estate. Topics include market feasibility, property appraisal, income taxation, construction, permanent and creative financing, and investment analysis. Students must prepare and present an investment analysis of an actual property. Formerly FIN 650. Prerequisite: FIN 5330 or its equivalent.
