Motivation and Leadership in Organizations
Course Description
This course examines human motivation in organizations and its relation to leadership. More specifically, we will discuss the processes and principles of motivation through the lens of leadership, and explore motivational models and approaches. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance in the Master of Organizational Leadership program or instructor permission.
