Leadership Seminar and Professional Portfolio

This course synthesizes theoretical and practical elements of organizational leadership including leadership theory and development, motivation and influence, teams, organizational culture and change, human diversity, and global leadership. Students will apply these theories to practical applications in the field using a case method approach. Students will also finalize and deliver a professional portfolio illustrating their level of expertise in organizational leadership theory and/or development. Prerequisites: Acceptance in the Master of Organizational Leadership program or instructor permission.
