Introduction and Theories of Lean Leadership I

The course will provide its participants with the introductory content (theories, philosophies and tools) and competencies ( knowledge, dispositions, and applications) needed to lead individuals to continuously improve their organizations. Content focuses upon Lean history, Lean principles, total quality management, value stream mapping, root cause, Ishikawa diagram and 5S.Prerequsite(s): Admission into the program
