The course provides advanced content (theories, philosophies, and tools) and competencies ( knowledge, dispositions, and applications) needed to lead individuals to continuously improve their organizations. Content focuses upon Visual Management, Six Sigma, Jidoka, Lean Functional/Financial Models. Lean Analytics, Kanban, Standard Work, and Lean Culture.Advanced team discussions utilize two-way communication and engaged questioning.Prerequisite(s): HRD 6801, HRD 6802, HRD 6950 & HRD 6951
