Fluid and Thermal Energy Systems

Course Description

Applications of fluid and thermal transport and energy conversion concepts. Component and system analyses and design refinement using integral, differential and lumped-parameter modeling techniques. The course focuses on the design process using design-oriented projects. Generally offered fall. This course is cross listed with an undergraduate course. Credit cannot be received for both ME 5550 and ME 4550.
