Launching and Managing Small Businesses
Course Description
Analysis of the role of small businesses in the U.S. economy, the Small Business Administration, franchise opportunities, consulting as a business and the launching, financing and managing of a small business. A significant project is required. Student must meet the prerequisites (ECN 521, ACC 512, FIN 533, MIS 524, MKT 560, POM 521) or their equivalents.
