Organizational and Systems Leadership
Course Description
This course will prepare graduates to be organizational and systems nurse leaders with a focus on ethical practice, ongoing improvement of health outcomes, and patient safety. Political skills, systems thinking, business, and financial expertise for analyzing quality improvement and cost effectiveness will also be explored. Formerly NRS 820.
