Course Description
The DNP Final Project is a comprehensive, integrative experience that reflects the synthesis of program course work and mastery of expert practice knowledge in the translation of current research to improve nursing practice or healthcare outcomes for patients, families, populations, or systems. This 8-credit course will incorporate 4 phases: project development, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of findings.Activities completed within NRS 8998 are linked to DNP practice hours; students can earn between 48-64 practice hours per credit per semester towards the completion of the DNP.
