Analysis of the individual and organizational factors affecting employee motivation, performance and satisfaction. Includes the role of leadership, job design, environmental variation, compensation policies, goal-setting techniques and group influences. Formerly ORG 637. Prerequisite: ORG 5300 or have completed a course in organizational behavior.
