Stat Methods in Res and Prod

Course Description

Descriptive statistics - graphical and quantitative, confidence limits and statistical tests, sample size requirements, linear regression and correlation, multiple and curvilinear regression, count data and contingency tables, control charts, sampling and specifications. This course does not count toward the M.S. in Applied Statistics. Formerly STA 501. Required background: A first course in calculus.
