Promoting Diversity and Social Justice in Organizations

The course addresses the socio-historical factors relating to current issues in diversity inclusion and increasing social justice as an organizational leader. Building on cross-cultural leadership paradigms as well as approaches to diversity experiences in the workplace, this course facilitates the formation of leadership skills for a rapidly changing global landscape.Prerequisite(s): Student must be admitted to the Ed.D. or the Ph.D. degree program.
