Organizational and Adult Learning Theories and Building Professional Capital

Course Description

Provides an overview of classical learning theories associated with behavioral, developmental and cognitive schools of thought. Students will explore the application of such theories to issues of leadership, school and community culture, curriculum and staff development. Formerly ED 804Prerequisite(s): Student must be admitted to the Ed.D. or the Ph.D. degree program.
