Motivation, Change and Innovation for Organizational Leadership
Course Description
This course introduces the student to theory and knowledge related to work motivation, principles of change and their impact on innovation and organizational learning and growth. Students will identify issues in motivation and analyze change dynamics in organizational contexts. Students will apply this learning using their own institutions/organizations as laboratories.Prerequisite(s): Student must be admitted to the Ed.D. or the Ph.D. degree program.
