Principles of Organizational Leadership
Course Description
This course addresses the knowledge and skills underlying leadership across different organizational contexts. It explores theories and leadership styles from historical and contemporary points of view. Students will identify leaders and leadership situations that are examples of the various theories. Students will apply leadership theories using their institutions/organizations as laboratories.Prerequisite(s): Student must be admitted to the Ed.D. or the Ph.D. degree program.
