Accident/Incident Investigation and Analysis

Course Description

A review of methodologies for accident and incident investigation and analysis.  Topics include data collection, investigative methodologies, interviewing techniques, techniques of data analysis, reporting formats, systems safety, and developing recommendations to prevent recurrence.  Cross-listed with EHS 4410.  Credit cannot be received for both EHS 5410 and EHS 4410. Prerequisite(s): EHS 3380 (C+) or instructor permission
