Advanced Financial Management

Course Description

Expands on the theories introduced in FIN 533. Topics include capital budgeting under uncertainty, agency theory, financial signaling, leasing, capital restructuring and cash management. Cases may be used to illustrate the application and limitations of finance theory. Formerly FIN 633. Prerequisite: Student must meet the prerequisite (FIN 5330) or its equivalent.
