Leadership in a Global Context

Course Description

This course explores the history, current state, and future implications for leadership in a global context. Students will learn the competencies of global leadership, the process of global leadership development, and the relationship between culture, leadership behaviors, and outcomes. A case study approach will allow students to apply, analyze, and synthesize course concepts. Prerequisites: Acceptance in the Master of Organizational Leadership program or instructor permission.
