Course Title
Random Vibrations
Course Description
The course covers the fundamental concepts of probabilistic modeling of vibratory systems and provides analytical and simulation-based methods to quantify their response to random excitation. The material has vast applications in durability, reliability and fatigue prediction of mechanical, civil and aerospace structures, among others. Prerequisite(s): ME 6210 or basic knowledge of linear vibration theory.
