Course Description
This course focuses on advanced topics in business analytics using Python. Some of the topics covered include modeling with object-oriented programming, simulation models, advanced regression models, using Python for spreadsheet tasks, geospatial analysis and various basic software engineering concepts such as version control, model implementation, and software development practices.This course is cross listed with MIS 4480. Credit cannot be received for both MIS 5480 and MIS 4480Prerequisite(s): MIS 5470
