Course Description
This course provides a practical, hands-on approach to understanding web metrics data, implementation and use of Google Analytics, measurement of web marketing strategies (e.g. digital campaigns, pay-per-click, search engine optimization, social media) and how to take action based ono web analytics data. Course work involves case studies, analysis and interpretation of real-world data, and implementation of web analytics tools. Prerequisite(s): MIS 5240 and QMM 5100 or have completed a course in statistics.
