IT Planning and Strategy

Course Description

Using a variety of case studies, this course links the business strategy of a firm to its IT/IS strategy and assesses the impact of the strategy on performance and competitiveness. Issues such as project prioritization and risk management are also addressed. Prerequisite(s): MIS 5240 or its equivalent.
