Strategic Human Resource Management

Course Description

Strategic human resource policies and processes in areas such as employee selection, training, development, legal policies and implications, evaluation, retention and recognition and reward from a U.S. and global perspective. Current research and functional knowledge will be discussed in detail as students improve their understanding of the strategic implications and application of key human resource processes and procedures. Prerequisite: ORG 5300.
