Course Description
This course provides an overview to the issues in change management. We will examine the theories of change management, the role that both leaders and recipients of change play as well as the organizational context (e.g., culture, politics and structure) that embeds any transformation. Formerly ORG 632. Prerequisite: ORG 5300 or have completed a course in organizational behavior.
