Decision Making in Organizations

Course Description

A comparison of current cognitive, social and organizational approaches to the study of decision making. Behavioral information processing concepts will be used as an aid to understanding how managerial decisions are made. Examples are introduced from functional management, as well as policy and strategy. Formerly ORG 635. Prerequisite: ORG 5300 or have completed a course in organizational behavior.
