Educational Interventions in Physical Therapy Practice

This course focuses on the integration of educational interventions within the practice of physical therapy. Students will explore the application of learning theories in enhancing interactions between physical therapists and various stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, colleagues, legislators, and the broader community. Through practical strategies and theoretical frameworks, students will develop skills to improve patient education, foster collaborative teamwork, and advocate for policy changes in physical therapy practice.Prerequisites: PT 6751, PT 6756
